BEE Action Program
Van Rensburg Incorporated's particular role in the BEE action programme is to assist
in the provision of housing to previously disadvantaged people. We are currently
deeply involved in the low cost housing project in the Klip- and Kruisfontein area;-
our costs are kept to the minimum in order to ensure maximum benefit for previously
disadvantaged owners.
We further believe that the future of our beautiful country
lies in the education of our people and we are therefore actively involved in the
provision of extra classrooms at Boschkop Primary School, east of Pretoria. The school
is attended by black pupils and we successfully obtained funds from abroad and locally
to construct three extra classrooms and a kitchen thus far. We are further administering
a trust fund on their behalf for the funds donated to them.
Background
Van Rensburg Incorporated opened their legal practice in 1997 and has been occupying
their present offices at 269 Festival Street, Hatfield, Pretoria, since April 2002.
The Telephone and Fax numbers, and Postal address are as indicated herein. The location
of the offices makes them easily accessible and parking is always available.

Incorporated is functioning mainly as a "Conveyancing Practice" and the offices are
manned by highly trained staff. We are running a fully computerised -office system
and all the IT hardware is frequently replaced or upgraded to meet the progressive
development in the software technology. A twenty four hours support and service contract
ensures that the system is properly maintained. We are using the following software:
Ghostconvey, Lawyer's Access Web, Regibond, Nedconvey, Korbitec and Lexpro accounting
system. Our computer network is already directly linked to the Nedconvey System of
Nedbank, and Lawyer's Access Web of FNB, Absa and Standard Bank.
The Practice's mission
is "Personal Service" and it is fully supported and executed by the staff. Every
client, irrespective of race, income etc is treated with the utmost respect. The
composition of our current client base, which varies from a cleaner buying his first
house, to a corporate developer, is sufficient evidence of this. Some of our clients
have been making use of our services for longer than 10 years.
