Mr Van Rensburg obtained a B Proc degree at the University of Pretoria and later
an LLB studied part-time at UNISA. He was admitted as an attorney in 1984 and in
1985 as a conveyancer and notary and is currently a director of the company.
He has
practiced for his own account since 1988 and has specialised in the development of
sectional titles and new townships over the past 15 years. The firm's current involvement
in various new township developments emphasises his expertise and success in this
field.
Mr Van Rensburg is married, with three sons. For relaxation he is a keen golfer,
trains in a gymnasium, or breaks away for a few days to enjoy nature. He also serves
on several community committees and is amongst other, vice-chairman of the local
homeowners association.
Mr Durand obtained a B.Com (Law), as well as an LLB degree at the University of Pretoria
in 1997 and 2001 respectively. He started with his articles of clerkship in February
1999 while he was completing his LLB degree part time.
He has practiced as a professional
assistant at Van Rensburg Inc. since his admittance as an attorney and was admitted
as conveyancer on 23 August 2001. He is currently a director of the company.
Mr Durand is married and enjoys adventure breakaways to nature as well as mountain
biking, rock climbing and other adventure activities. He serves as trustee and director
in several community organisations and projects.
Mrs. Bolton obtained a B.Comm (law) and an LLB degree at the University of the North
West (formerly the Potchefstroom University for Higher Christian education) in 2002
and 2004 respectively. She started her articles of clerkship in Randfontein in 2005.
In May 2007 she was admitted as an attorney. She has practised as a professional
assistant at Van Rensburg Inc since January 2007. She was admitted as a conveyancer
in May 2008. Mrs. Bolton is an ambitious and committed young attorney. She enjoys
working out in the gym, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Mr Rabie obtained a B.Comm (Law) degree as well as a LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2002 and 2004 respectively.
He started with his articles in late 2004 and was admitted as an attorney in January 2006.
He has practiced as a litigation attorney with several leading Pretoria firms and acted as legal advisor with an international construction consultancy firm.
Mr. Rabie recently got married. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting a gymnasium and catching up on reading.
Mr Selepe obtained a BSc degree and a Higher Education Diploma from the University
of the North in 1995 and 1996 respectively. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma
in Marketing Management as well as a LLB degree obtained from the University of South
Africa in 2000 and 2007 respectively.
Mr. Selepe was a maths teacher from 1996 to
February 2008. He started serving his articles of clerkship with Van Rensburg Incorporated
Attorneys from the beginning of March 2008. Mr. Selepe is a hardworking, people
centred and friendly individual with highly developed interpersonal skills.
